To confirm your reservation you’re obligate to transfer 30% of total booking amount to our bank account. Prepayment is not refundable if you cancel your reservation in less then 30 days before arrival. Abroad transfer costs should be cover by the Guest. Rest of the amount is paid during check-in as well as the refundable deposit. Check-in time starts at 4 pm., check-out time ends at 11 am. If you would like to get VAT invoice you HAVE TO inform us about it before your payment!
